B.F.Goodrich claimed a normal wear and tear over an 8 inch side crack after 20,000 miles. In the beginning, B.F. Goodrich did not care about it. After I emailed the 8 inch side crack picture, B.F. Goodrich proposed me to pay the full price I paid which they claim the half price to replace it.
I hope the future B.F. Goodrich customers should know that they have to risk their lives driving the tiers which B.F. Goodrich will claim normal wears and tears. If they are lucky enought to be proposed a warrenty service by B.F. Goodrich, the customers must pay the full prices which they claim the half price.
B.F. Goodrich's claim of normal wear and tear is not at all normal wear and tear. B.F. Goodrich's warrenty service is not at all warrenty service but purchasing another weird B.F. Goodrich tire paying full price.
I wish I could enclose 8 inch side cracked B.F. Goodrich normal wear and tear tire photo.
