The complaint is against an online dating profile

The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity

The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity

The company or person contact no longer exists

International boundaries

As you can see from correspondence on emailing, and I fear to call their number as charges may incur. Its simple, cancel the pending charges. Cancel the membership to fling.com as it was a mistake. Simple as that. And after the trial there is apparently reoccurring fees. I didn't realize how big a fraud this was.

I called my phone company and they said it was fraudulent means on what

this whole thing had been done. I will not pay a cent, and they advised

me to go further and demand that the charges should of never been

existed. As it was a illegal breach of my person. And advised that I

report to you guys and if there is no resolve in the issue all together

cancel the membership and I SHOULD be awarded not paying a cent.

I also seen from GPNnethelp.com that..

Trial memberships upgrade automatically to the standard monthly

membership unless you cancel within the trial period.

And this freaked me right out, I want everything cancelled.

If the membership at fling.com or sexbuddies or whatever its called and

the billing isnt cancelled I will take legal action. Reported to the

RCMP and also http://www.scambook.com/.
