BUYER BEWARE!! ORDERED AN ENCLOSED TRAILER FROM KINGDOM TRAILERS 3/26/12 AND WAS TOLD 4-6 WEEKS. IT HAS BEEN 5 MONTHS AND WE HAVE BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT WITH THEM IN THE PAST WITH EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AND LIE AFTER LIE. WHEN WE HAD FINALLY HAD ENOUGH, WE REQUESTED OUR DEPOSIT BACK AND TO CANCEL THE TRAILER ORDER AND PURCHASE ELSEWHERE AND THEY REFUSED! THEY HAVE AN F RATING WITH THE BBB AND WE HAVE SINCE FILED A BBB COMPLAINT AS WELL AS A COMPLAINT WITH THE CONSUMER AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT OF GEORGIA. SHOP ELSEWHERE AND RESEARCH THE COMPANY BEFORE YOU BUY AND SEE IF THEY HAVE IMPROVED THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. MY HUSBAND DID NOT AND NOW WE ARE FIGHTING TO GET $650 BACK FROM THE COMPANY!!!!

Dave, oh Dave...
Here we are trying to get your order done, then you wanted a refund and I told you we could do that. Yet, you continue to bash us on the internet.
It reminds me of an old friend. He would tell me one thing to my face to make me happy, yet talk behind my back to my girlfriend to make me look bad. After confronting him, we made ammends and were still friends and yet he still continued doing the same thing. He never got the girl and lost a friend.
If we are going to be adults and get this resolved, you are going to have to assure people out here that you exposed this too that I am working with you to get a refund. We have spoken, the gov affairs and I were in agreement, yet you keep on.
I just don't understand how some people can never be happy. I'm going to do the right thing no matter what and refund the deposit. What you do is between you & God.
And for the record, we apologize for losing your trailer order and not getting it built in time.

As I stated before about the BBB. All of this was done the same day 8/23/12 after numerous attempts to resolve before resulting to reviews. I haven't continued to add any reports since the original day I did the BBB, Governor's Office of GA, and this review. We were mad, what can I say. But to this day there is still not a refund? I will be happy to update this post as resolved once we receive that. I forwarded the email per your request to the BBB that you were planning on mailing a refund tomorrow 9/14/12 as you agreed. -

Glad we could work this out. I am printing the proof now of this & the bbb to take to our CPA by tomorrow. Once it is ok'd by them, they will mail a refund check. I will need you to send me an email with where you wnat the check mailed to.
