i got a charge to my credit card a total of $563.00 from facebook credit , this charges should of had never been charged because i never bought anything on any game on facebook .I have called to the been told from my bank to call tothis number 650-543-7818 but it tells me to go to a website to get help but theres nothing that says how can they help you .
