On 3/13/12 Frank Bardaro from (Personal Info Removed) sold me what he stated was a "mint condition, factory sealed" case of 2003-04 Exquisite Collection basketball cards for over $20,000. When it came time for me to re-sell this case to an authorized Upper Deck dealer with a flawless reputation, we were notified immediately that this case was tampered with, and the factory seal was broken and then resealed. When told what to look for, we noticed the broken seal had been cleverly covered up by new clear tape. Having been informed that the case had been tampered with, we decided to inspect the contents, and found that all 3 boxes inside the case had their factory shrink wrap all removed and the seals on the boxes were broken and all of the cards that were supposed to be inside were missing. Yet the seller would have you believe (while in possession of our $20,000+) that we're scamming him because we asked for our money back!
