I am adding this on to a previous submitter from 8/2/12 as this happened exactly to me as well. So much for trusting a business. "AJRichies ripped me off using an old school over the phone upsell con." I too placed an order with AJRichies.com for a camera (Canon SX40). They upsold me $89 Ultrafast Flash memory, $90 extended batteries (buy 1 battery get a second free) and a $49.99 3 yr warranty upgraded to 5 yrs ("look it's only $10/yr!). Was told it was a Canon warranty but it is with Consumer Priority Service (http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/consumer-priority-service-c225611.html). Another RIPOFF! What I received was Digital Express 16gb SDHC Class 10 ("error free!") card--you can't even find the UPC on the INTERNET!! I am buying another card ASAP as I don't trust one that the ended up comping; finally, they threw in a worthless startup kit. I too was also upgraded to a package deal ("only $2 more") which means you have to pay minimum 30% restocking fee on the whole package to return it and you can't return individual items in the "package". AJRichies are totally committed to profit and not standing by their products or customer service in selling me $180 in unnecessary upgrades and the product of the upgrades was misrepresented in quality and not what was promised. They offered to refund me $75 of the $180 so I took it. Was going to return the entire package but we need the camera for an upcoming trip (plus it was about $200 [restock fee] + shipping to return it). I am royally ticked off.
