Was going to do business with this company and changed my mind. Even though I deleted all information and then the cancel button, they took the money out of my account without my permission. I have been trying to get it back, but they keep telling me it will be in my account soon. Since I am the one who started the process even though I never borrowed or did business with this company my bank can not help. BUT I DID NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT AND ERASED ALL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO ME AND THEN HIT THE CANCEL BUTTON. I think that even though I erased all info, when I hit cancel it somehow submitted this info to them. Can you help. I have called so many times that I have lost count and they speak little to no English and were extremely hard to understand.
