Basically i used my direct debit card to transfer money to somone in hong kong to purchase something
she told me i will recieve parcel in one week..i ended up paying extra as i wanted the item between 3-5 days,so i paid $63 to have it shipped by DHL,instead of ems,i made the payment on the 17th of July,it is now the 22nd of august and no item has been recieved,the account holder is now ignoring my emails
I got in touch with my bank and they are unable to do anything which i am very disappointed and upset about,so was wondering if you could help?
i have typed the lady's email address into google who i was in touch with and it seems like she is a fraudlent
