I ordered 3 pair of Naya Casilo shoes. The money was taken out of my PayPal account. The shoes were to be shipped from FL. I never received a confirmation from Rios-shoes, only PayPal. Shoes were to be shipped 24-48 hours. Never received. I used all email address I could find. No replys. These people are slick. You use the contact us form on their site. You do not have a copy of the email for yourself. I have tried direct emails and they just seem to drop off into space. Not even an acknowledgement I sent an Email. This is the info I got on the type of transaction. yanli hou (The recipient of this payment is Non-U.S. - Verified). This should come up when you go to pay through PayPal. I would have never transferred the funds. It would have been a red flag. Here is another thing I found out after the fact on the Transaction Detail...Web Accept Payment Sent (Unique Transaction ID #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) What does that mean? This information should have been disclosed before payment was made. Does anyone get their shoes. Their website is so slick cannot find out any information on them. Also I went to sign back in and my password was rejected. Put my email address in, said they would send me my password...never came. I just do not know what to do. I really needed those shoes, saved for them for 3 months. Sr. citizen, now have to replace.
