I went to parrys carpets today to purchase some wholesale carpet for my bedroom , I paid $100 cash and then let them swipe my card for $290. They came back and told me I had been declined , so I went to my bank NAB belmont wa . I enquired and they told me that $290 had been processed into Parrys account , I went back and told them but they said no it did not . I rang NAB card centre and they told me yes the money was being processed to go into parrys acount . I even let the salesperson Nina talk with rodney from NAB she still did not believe him . Well I was treated like a bad person even with my friend with me , they said I had not paid but Oh yes I did so now I paid for carpet I will never get ??

This customer has since been contacted. An apology has been given for the misunderstanding in regards to the non-compliance of the credit card machine.
The carpet that was purchased was installed and the customer is happy. Since then she has returned and purchased more product from Parrys for another room.
We very much appreciate the business and acting on any issues that customers feel strongly enough to complain about.
