AS I STATED IN MY COMPLAINT A WEEK AGO, WENT TO THEM ON DATE ABOVE AFTER SEEING ON SCREEN WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A LEGITIMATE PROBLEM. CALLED, THEY SHOWED 170 SOME ERRORS/VIRUSES WHICH I LET THE MAN TAKE OVER AND TAKE CARE OF. WHEN BACK FROM MY VACATION, NOTICED, AND STILL, QUADRUPLE SPAM. CALLED AND THE GUY NOT ONLY WOULD NOT TAKE CARE OF OR REFUND, BUT TRIED TO SELL ME MORE IMPLYING I NEEDED TO CHECK IN EVERY TEN DAYS.

your money are lost, your pc is getting slow over time the only way to make it faster is to formate the drive and reinstall windows, your pc is getting filled up by deleting and installing software thats make it slow and all the programs you run in the background take speed, you can see what programs are running by seek Msconfig. ther is a lot of scams to boost your pc or to give you a free virus or aware scan they all put in a little virus on your pc that tell you that your pc is in bad state, dount belive it, a other way to keep you pc fast is to close all autoopdate of programs like windows opdate and other.
go to your bank and get them to get your money back, you can get it back if your are not happy whit what you got. i hope its helps. and remember if you get a deal online that sounds to good to be tru , its probely is -
