I haven't had an account with match.com for a year and a half yet they have taken this money £83.88 out of my account and gone into my overdraft and now I havent been able to pay my phonebill and if I don't pay it in the next four days I will have no phone for a year but still be paying it. It is very hard to get the money back and I dont know what to do it is very upsetting and stressful.
