In 2011 my mother went to see a dentist,for a consultation, the dentist suggested to remove part of her teeth and have a denture put in.Initially my mother requested a metal denture but unfortunatelly lack of comunication on their behalf they made an acrylic denture. The next day we both went to see the dentist to dicuss how would we go about solving the issue. Seeing the circumstances the Dentist came into an agreement that whatever was owing we would split it in half so the remaning balance was $800 so my mother paid her share of $400. Since then my mother has been getting invoices of omount outstanding of $400. In the meantime I have sent them two letters explaining that my mother had already paid for her share and considering the mistake and the agreement made my mother has no intention on paying anymore money. Just couple days ago my mother received a letter from the accounts Officer demanding the amount outstanding and if they don't receive payment within 7 days the account will be placed with their debt collection agency. Having said that I would like to know if I can lodge a claim
