I didn't receive the color jersey I ordered. I ordered a black DeMarcus Ware jersey and I got a blue one. I was not happy and I contacted the company and got a response from a Paul Zhang. When I didn't get the response I contacted him again.
Update: 08/18/2012
Paul Zhang said he would mail me the correct jersey and he did. Jerseystore made good on their sale. I told them I would give them credit for making things right. They did. I am a contented customer.

This company gave me the jersey I ordered. They resolved my issue. Kudos to them!!!
