El 9 de abril de 2011 firme un contro con empire home savings por la cantidad de $3.000.oo para una modificacion de mi prestamo con bank de america, presentado la documentacion al sr.Franco Villa en la oficina de empire home savings en la 591 Stewart av. suite 100 Garden Citi, ny. 11530.
Despuez de dos semanas llame a la oficina para saber como va el tramite ellos no contestan el telefono despuez de dos meses de continuo llamadas y no ser atendido, regrese a la oficina y cual fue la sopresa de que se habian mudado no se para donde.Todos
los telefonos de servicio fueron cacelados de manera que no puedo encontrarles para pedirles mi dinero de regreso.
