I have contacted this company 3 times (email and phone) to cancel this and return money. I did not order nor do I want this program. I applied for and received a loan along with this charge. No where in the process did I agree to the charge, nor would I have accepted it. Now I have to go to my bank and submit fraudulent activity on my account.
