I bought a repair service for a chatty chatty doll on 1/12/12 for $27.95 online at eBay, order # 180793847804. I was instructed to send it to: Mark Miller in care of Prince, at (Personal Info Removed) along with payment for return shipping (which was an additional $32.00).
During the course of the next months I received a few e-mails informing me of his delays for the repair because of "illness and a fire". He also assured me that my doll was alright. I had no reason not to believe him and continued to be patient and communicate. The last time I heard from him was 6/12/12, when he said "Yes, I have her and worked on her last night, I have her talking but not clear yet.. I know you have been patient, give me a few more days on her and I will get back with you soon. Mark" I have not heard back from him since even though I have tried to contact him many in e-mails, through eBay, and by telephone and I have given him all my contact information (eBay provided a telephone which on the first ring immediately goes to voice mail, upon leaving various messages I have not received any return telephone calls at any of my telephone numbers).
I recently went on eBay to see if this seller was still active and to my surprise he is selling the EXACT STYLE 5 red head doll which is the exact same as the doll I sent to him! It am very concerned that this is my doll that he has not returned to me. I have contacted him and have received absolutely no communication back from him. I have also contacted eBay and they told me to file a complaint with internet fraud services as it appears the seller is using eBay, the internet, and the US Postal Service to commit fraud and possibly theft.

I have contacted and talked to three different people at eBay and they outright told me they would not get involved with this matter. I find it inexcusable that they would tolerate fraud and possible thief happening on there site especially when the possibly thief was taking place at the time of our correspondence
