I booked three rooms through this website, money was taken from my credit card by roomsrecord.com. I only recieved confirmation for one room, however it was subsequently cancelled. I tried to contact this company through email and by phone and was told I would get money back but never did. The terms and conditions on the website state that refunds are returned within 21 days. The company appears to be from the USA until you complete the booking you realise it is actually turkish. My credit card company said they were unable to recuperate the costs. This company operates a number of websites all with the same phone number and pages look quite alike.
