They called me and asked if I had been scammed and I said yes. He told me he would build me a website that he would guarantee to make up all the money I had lost plus more. He got my credit card number and told me he was going to help me get my money back from the credit card company. He then called me and told me he had done it and asked for another card number so he could make sure there were no false charges on it. He then proceeded to charge both my cards up with his false charges. He charged up more than
$21,000.00 on them. He would always avoid my calls and have someone else call me and be rude to me for things I still don't know what. The customer service people would even cuss at me and hang up on me. My credit cards were protected with the credit card scam insurance and when I first reported 3XP they told me I did not have to pay. Then they wrote to me and said after they had talked to the company they had determined that the charges were all good and legal charges. I am 63 yrs old and have always had perfect credit ubtil this and now I am ruined and am facing foreclosure of our home. I told these people with 3XP that I could not invest or pay for anything else and they told me I had to invest this money so I could save my home and stay out of the nursing home. They charged things to my card from companies I had never heard of and I never got to discuss it with anyone. They did all the charges so fast that by the time I got my statement it was too late to close the cards out. The reason the charges went through is I had never had any problem with any charges and had never had any problems like this. I still thought i would not have to pay since I did not make the charges but the card company is holding me liable and I am ruined.
