I attempted to sign up for a free trial with emusic. They requested card details, terms and conditions stated for pre-approval and it was not a charge, however never received any log in details to avail of free trial and fee of €31.99 deducted from my account. They are now advising not their policy to give refunds even though it was a free trial I applied for so false advertising and also as distant marketing, I would in any event be entitled to cooling off period. They have not responded to my complaint or request for further information since their original rebuttal.
