So okay, I went online to look up some pay day loan information. I filled out an app like it says to and awaited the companys call...no calls until the next day and my phone would not stop ringing from all the companies that said they could get me a loan. I declined all of them after finding out I did not need their services. Today I checked my bank account to find out how much my pay check was and to my surprise 2 diffrent companys took out money from my account, one called zeal money solutions and the other for pacific advance zeal money for 29.95 and pacific for 30.00. I called these companys after getting their information from my bank rep. Both companies told me they got my information from a third party in which I filled out an app for, pacific told me when i talked to the lady that there was no manager to speak with and that the fee i was charged was for an app fee. I did not contact this company so how can they get my information from another company and charge me for using this service. The other company, zeal money solutions told me ( I did speak with the manager which sounded identical to the reps voice) that this is a company that finds lenders for me and they too got my information through a third party rep. Again, if they got my information through another company how and why am I the one being charged for this service in which I didnt use. I filed a fraud claim through my bank and they are looking into this for me and said my money would be returned within 2 buisness days, they froze my current account and opened a new one for me and placed a stop payment on the monies being with drawn. I also received 2 bank overdraft fees due to isf in my account that also being put back within 2 buisness days. The numbers for these companys are zeal money solutions 888-485-8578 and for pacific 866 263-7462. I got the names of the people i spoke to even tho they probably didnt give me their real names, and I asked for their addresses and they told me they couldnt give that information out, all the guy from zeal could give me was utah, i asked what his neiboring state was and he didnt know...lol..anyways my bank is handling it just thought everyone should know what is going on here...
