The bank locked my account, but an unauthorized ACH still went through... 3 times. Now instead of releasing my sons's money form his employers direct deposit, they are holding his money because they on't know how the ACH got through, not to mention it is a savings account, which has no authorized ACH's ever! This is unfair to my son. It is their fault the ACH went through. MY ACCOUNT WAS LOCKED BY THE BANK, so how does an ACH go through a savings account with no record of ACH's. Does this seem like a hiccup, or is it a security breach. I've had more problems and fee's charged from these guys. All I want to do is get my money, and have nothing to do with this poor excuse of a bank.
