last year i had a roommate we shared house and i put my 30days notice in as Kline reality told me so i can get out the lease. after putting my 30days in Kline reality said then i could not get back my portion of the deposit until it was inspected. so they inspected the home and found nothing wrong but then told me i could not get my deposit back until my roommate moved from the premises. well now hes moved out about a month now and I have called several times trying to get my deposit back. today Kline Reality said their are a couple of things that will have to be taken out of the whole deposit of 1200.00. i said to Kline reality that has nothing to do with me cause you already inspected it last year and cleared me everything all I'm waiting for is for him to move out so i can get my money, and he has moved out. Kline said they aren't going to give me my money and have changed their tune from last year..I found out my exroommate had a roommate and she left not paying her last months rent so Kline Reality is also using my portion of the deposit towards her none payment as well instead of calling her to make her pay. I also know someone who works at Kline Reality knows on a personal basis this woman who skipped out on her rent but Kline is not following up on getting it from her. Please help me.. Kline Reality hung up the phone without a care cause i believe they believe they can do whatever they want to by scamming money from people.. side note my ex roommate paid his portion of the rent and left the house in decent clean way. i should know I was there helping to clean the house to help him...
