I order the sample as well for $4.95 and did not select the box which indicated there was a subscription. Then recieved the sample with a large bottle called the person on the paper work to resolve this since I didnt want a charge. On the same date I called a 89.95 charge appeared. I have tried since to call the number on the back of the bottle in addition to the number listed below in the original paper work, however to get through the system you have to have a phone number in their system, but I have been deleted since I cancelled my order so no luck. If you are still in their system please use the number below.
