I applied for a loan on line and was denied then moments later I received a call from Joe at loantoday and he walked me through the loan applycation and said I would get an e-mail which I should e-sign then the funds would be in my account. I looked for an e-mail that I never got then, I went to my bank and checked there was no money in my account. I sent them an e-mail inquiring but no reply came, I tried to call the number but no one answered, today I got a call from someone who said there was a warrant for my arrest for receiving funds in a fraud which I never did, I am not sure what to do these phone numbers are usually all 0s1-234-2000-0909 and
