I placed an order for two pairs of shoes. I never received an order confirmation. I never received the merchandise. Instead I received an envelope from China with a shower cap, used to prove to Bill Me Later that a package had been shipped. Bill Me Later and PayPal have behaved irresponsibly in allowing customers to order through a fraudulent company. Why is this company still in business?
