Checked my bank account this morning to find a charge from "ExtraPlanReward" followed by a phone number. I called at 9 when they open, and big surprise...it's a call center taking complaints from people for charges on their account. I could hear other people in the back ground having the same conversation I was with "Mario". The other call center person in the background was "Enrique". I was told that somewhere, something I applied for online...a loan or working from home program...had a "fine print" area that I apparaently didn't see. Which is garbage because I ALWAYS read the terms or conditions/fine print for anything online. Nevermind that I didn't sign up for anything. I was signing up for survey taking so who knows. I was told I'll get an email in a couple hours with confirmation that I'll have the money back in 5 days. So wish me luck.
The red flag went up though when I called their number to hear the automated recording say -press 3 if you have charges in your account that you didn't authorize-. Wow! Good luck
