i am being scamed by this person that he says hes the lottery commisioner thru facebook n they say that i had won 140,000.00 but i had to send money to get money thru western unions.... two different names n countries...i never recieved the lottery money..they say that i did won but i told them to take me off the lottery lists n dont contact me again since 12/3/2010 til now..... they say they supposed to refunded me 4500.00 since i waited long time to get it... i was supposed to get it monday aug 13th but they kept saying that i need to send more money....i have all the proofs that ive send..... over 2500.00 but they will refunded me back 4500.00 since i never won.......im supposed to wait for the refunds to be send back to me thru weswtern union...
