As on most of our months- mid month is very tight. I went online to check status on our account and saw this company's name with a 29.95 charge taken out. This put us into overdraft with a charge of $69.94. I called and was told I would be reimbursed but after reading this I'm not so sure. I want $99.89 back and WANT IT NOW. WHY 14 days TO GET THIS BACK WHEN THEY TOOK IT OUT OVERNIGHT. If I did this to someone randomly I would be in trouble, how does a so called company get by with it??!!!!???
