I was charged $7.38 on August 6, 2012. My bank will not dismiss the charge nor go after the scammers. They will only close my account, confiscate my cards and I'd have to wait two weeks to get new cards, thus punishing the victim.
The phone number associated with Everingame.com is 805-263-4524. I'd like to know how they managed to get my card number to charge my bank. It's too bad the bank doesn't require some kind of confirmation before going ahead and paying scammers!
