Order 1 bottle each Nuvoryn and Nuvoryn Precleanse had been trying to email them no reply... Lucky i never order the 3 bottles. is there sometime we can do about this? just can't left them like that. it's not right to cheat people money like this? can i go report police regarding this.

  • I called UoB to cancel my order but they said cannot cost Nathans natural has processed it. I told them I saw many scam reports saying that after payment but no received products. They ask me what is their delivery time, I said the confirmed order writes 4-8days. Uob said if I dun recv it by next sat. I can fill up their dispute form, the bank will credit the amount to me and they will do an investigation by their fraud dept. Which bank you using?

  • Oh really then I call my bank. Dun remember, it's either Stand Chart or ANZ bank. When did you order your goods? I ordered mine on 1Aug. Thank you so much for the infor. Later I check which bank I use tomorrow I will call them.

    I also get cheat from this company too.

    I have make report to my bank and I also get the Dispute Form from my banks.

    Can I know what the reason that you all fill up?

    I wanna buy them, but with so many SG's reporting scam, and many of them say it's good, I'm kinda confused.
    Where did you guys buy them from anyway?
    Can you help me? Currently I'm at Singapore...
    While the 1st reply is from some another country, I think Irland or AUS, I don't really know as they reply in another language, not english...
    I reply the email but I got the EXACTLY SAME reply as the email above... >.>

  • Hi Shin yap just as I was about to write to my bank they came knocking at my door. Guess they take about 1 month to be delivered. Postage is from UK. Wonder why they take so long to reach Singapore. Worst part they dun seem to reply your email right away. They take about 1 week or 2 to reply. so you just have to be very Patience with them.

    You know, both pure cleanse and nuvoryn is quite similar...
    And also their official site, heck, the only difference is probably their colour...
    Although, they said it's more effective to use both at the same time...
    I'm planning to do so...
    Have you also received the pure cleanse?
    For the price, since ebay don't have packet, ebay is more expensive...
    But, I know ebay is safer... That's for sure.
    Most of my online friend said they lost quite a weight when they first used them...
    Although many wait for a few months for the item to arrive...
    Not to mention some bank issues...
    I hope mine's will be fine though... (=?-?)

  • Nuvory and and Nuvory pure cleanse same company..... dunno i read on review someone said taking Nuvory in the morning and Pure cleanse in the evening works better.. but when i wrote to them they dun seem to answer my question. i guess it's auto reply just tell you how to take Nuvory. sucks customer service!!
    How many bottles did they take then they see the results?
    Nuvoryn is white in color and Pure cleanse is green. dunno if i"m taking it correctly.. hahahahaha!!

  • figures... Since their site are almost the same... =.=
    My friend call the hotline once but no good. They are no help, answering like "we don't know" or "you should try asking the other department", etc.
    I think their customer service branch is in different place each, as some reply in other language, not english...
    They did said something like that, or combine those two or something, I'll ask later.
    Some of my friends use them for around 1 weeks and they already lost a few pounds...
    It really depends on you as well, as if you take nuvoryn but still eat like... a few plates, it won't work (which a friend of mine did since she's in basketball team, after practice, gets hungry and eat like 3-5 plates of nasi lemak... haizz...)
    Well, also for early reasults, some add up other things like running or gym... (too lazy and too busy to go... =.=)

  • Hahahaha! Yes very true.. I love eating too! Need to control! Been swimming almost every other day and gym once a week. I need to lose 10kg!!!! Faint! Gain all by eating! Wonder I should order when mine finish.

  • For me... Not love eating, sometimes I forgot to eat, which is not healthy and sometimes only eat once a day... =.=
    But I like snacks... << They are EVIL I tell you... EVIL!!! But delicious... >3<
    It's good, at least you did some work out... Or take evening walk...
    The bad part after work out is, after loosing some calories, we are hungry, and eating after working out makes our appetite bigger... Not to mention if we eat after work out, calories we gain from eating is more than we eat before or when we're not working out...
    Just try to resist temptation... Like food and lazyness << No.1 problems for me... XD
    Some people also try those blood type diets... (My friend did them and they help her lose some weight and increase her health) ^^
    Fight!! Hope u can lose weight fast! (Just don't over exert yourself... )

    i dun usually snacks, since i dun buy them so i dun eat them... my i can't do without chocolate cakes and chocolates!! awfully chocolate cakes!! slurp!! slurp!! Lava cakes!! slurp!! slurp!! hahahaha!! faint!!

    ya true after work out my BF eats alot!! after that he will complaint "Baby i very full, think i ate too much and start Burp!! Burp!!" i would try to control cos he order too much food.. the eyes more hungry than the stomach.

    anyway let me know if you orders come in.. think i will order mine soon..

    Did you got your purecleanse? I wonder should I order them too... =.=

    Chocolates... But they said it's better to eat chocolate cakes in the morning as in the morning, we burn fat faster... I read it in the sg health forums.
    Me too!! Lava cakes... Especially the chocolate inside... *drool*
    Ew... Sometimes I can't take it when people burp... It's not good to eat until you burp... Better stop when you feel that you're almost full...
    Why don't you guys help to control each other's? It's better than suffering the diets alone... *grin*

    I received an email from Express Mail Service stating this:

    Your parcel has arrived at the post office an November 19.Our postrider was unable to deliver the parcel to your.

    I dunno whether the above is related to Nuvoryn or Purecleanse. Cos i cant see the attached content at all.
    Do you all receive your product this manner?

  • I am upset at myself for falling for this scam! Should have done more research before buying.
    I noticed the Co deducted $170.50 instead of $165.90. Angieli shared that she inform UoB of the scam and the bank will credit back the money. Anyone reported to DBS/ POSB and for their money back?

  • Was tempted to order but I did some Googling on the product and saw this (Content Removed)

    Won't be getting it since so many doubtful points on the products. Especially when there is no clear details on the company producing it and address is just a PO box.
