I was put in touch with PT. Planet Bikem, they responded saying I could purchase 2 scooters, they sent me an invoice, which I paid for, but them they sent me an email saying I had to buy another 3 more before they would send any, I said I wanted the two I had paid for first before I purchase anymore, now they won't respond to any of my emails, in which I have asked for the items to be sent or my money refunded.
