I cancelled my trial withing 30 minutes and told them I was not interested in their offers. I received a call from my bank that they hacked into my account and charged $45.00 to my debit card. My bank wrote a letter of dispute and wakanetwork sent me a letter saying the money had been refunded so all was good. I closed out that account and thought nothing of it and received a new debit card with a new number. 2 days ago I saw that once again wakanetwork had reversed the refund and charged another 40.00 to my account. They hacked into my account again. These people are scam artists and ripping people they illegally went into my account!!! This has to stop and I intend to contact every organization that is necessary and rest assured they will NOT get a dime out of me!!!

  • Tried to call that customer number (1-877-332-1490)over and over again until I got hold of one customer rep. Believe it or not I did not stop hollering until they gave me my refund. System malfunction my behind at least I got them to give back what's mine.
