the call started with an automated message identifying the caller as "credit card services" this was an unsolicited phone call. I then spoke to a customer service person who asked if i wanted to lower my interest rate. I told her I don't carry a balance and she hung up on me. This company contacted my cell phone and solicited personal information. I think they were scammers.
