My a/c unit went out on me late on 8/11/2012. I have health problems and when it gets to hot at night I have trouble breathing and sleeping.
Bright and early on the 13th (Monday) I called J and J and was assured they would be right out and they were. Only problem is they do not work on mobile home a/c units, but charged me $80 for coming out and telling me that. It was a rip off plain and simple. I want everyone to be aware of their scam..
