this loan company I never heard of or applied to attempted to charge my checking account for $34.95. I didnt have $34.95 in my account so the bank returned that and charged me a $24 NSF fee. When I discovered this i googled the company and got their web site. I called them and got an asian woman who appologized and said they would refund my $34.95. I had to tell her three times that they didnt get $34.95 and i was calling about them giving me back the $24 NSF fee as my bank wouldnt waive it. After three tries she finally understood what i was telling her and she said if i would fax a copy of my bank statement showing the NSF fee they would refund it. She gave me a fax number. Thing is, she couldnt find any information about me on her comoputer. I could tell this by the questions she was asking. She asked for my telephone number and couldnt find me so she asked for the last four of my ssn and she couldnt find me. When she asked for my bank info I refused to give that to her. Ill update here if I get the NSF fee back or if they cause me any more trouble.
