Do not order from these people. Like many others on here, my order was doubled and there was no confirm order button or a way to go back. They get your credit card info and that's it, order placed. I immediately called customer service and was told the order was not yet in the system, call back tomorrow. I called my credit card company and put a hold on my credit card so they could not charge it. I called back the next day and since the order was in their system, told them I wanted it canceled. They offered a $5 discount, then a $12 discount, then a $20 discount. I said "no, I want it canceled". So Justin canceled and gave me a cancellation number. This was on Friday. Monday I got an email saying they had tried to run my credit card and it was rejected. So if I had not put a hold on my credit card, they would have run it through after the order was canceled! I called back and talked to Kay. I gave her the cancellation # and she said that it wasn't cancelled before, but it was for sure cancelled now. We'll see. I will keep my CC on hold until I know for sure. These people scam, lie and cheat to get your money. I told Justin that I didn't care if it was the best product in the world, I would do everything in my power to keep them from getting my money.

  • UPDATE: When I check my order on trackorderstatus dot com, it now says that my order has been cancelled. So I guess the only way to keep your money is to not let them have it to start with. Put a hold on your CC and fight with them until they cancel your order. I had to call 4 times. And don't assume they have canceled it just because they say they have. Keep checking trackorderstatus until it says it is cancelled.
