I placed an order for a pair of shoes for $38.70 on July 19th and received a SHOWER CAP in the mail. I am disputing this transaction through PayPal however, it is difficult to prove since the company proved that 'an item' was sent by the tracking #. PayPal needs to block this company from issuing payments and someone needs to stop them from continuing this scam!
