after 15 days nothing happened. Then I called back and they said 2-5 days and then after that time nothing happened. So I called today to speak with a manager and the manager said that my money was released today so we will see if I get my money in the next two days. Total rip off

I had the same thing happen to me. I had to file a dispute with my bank and I got money back but that was not the only company that hit me. So if I were you I would keep a very close eye on your account I had about 6 weird charges come thru before I had to give up and just close my account. To get your money back though just call your bank first thing or go into a branch and tell you need to dispute a fraudulent charge. It might take a few days but you will get your money back.
