i found a cute little puppy online . i sent the money in and the lady told me the puppy would be here today and it isnt here. i want to know how do i go about getting my money back. i told the lady i wanted to get both puppies. i paid for the male first and waited on him to get here. he never showed up so i figured it was a scam and told the lady i wasnt paying. she got mad and told me not to message her anymore.
