I ordered a Nikon D3X Camera from this company http://www.ncere.org in China. I was asked to pay by bank payment and that they will be able to send me the camera immidiately. I have sent them a bank payment (I have a copy I could send you) of £607.18 and paid an extra £25.oo bank commission charge.

As soon they received the payment they said that they will post the camera to me and then suddenly the came up with that there is no inventory so they will refund the full amount of money.

They kept e-mailing me all sorts of excuses and it took more than a week to keep asking them to send my money back. By now I have realised that this was a fake company and that they are using such tactics to steal clients money.

I realised they have no address or telephone number on their website and it was very frustrating to contact them.

I have contacted Bank of China here in UK (after e-mailing five different branches), only one kind person was able to write back, however he was not able to do anything about the recipient's account in China.

After a lot of huggle with someone who calls him or her self Lucy, who I said that I will report their website and write about them in many forums to make other people aware of their scam, that they said I will be sent the money via Western Union, but only $830 as sending back my money is too expensive.

On 22nd August 2011, with some luck I have received £498.00 via Western Union with a different (sender's) name. They have up till now refused totally to refund my full amount and never mentioned anything about the Nikon camera that was ordered or replacement with other item. If this was a real company operating in full legal terms, I would not had to go through so much trouble.

This situation has caused a lot of distress to me and my family. Just see their website and try communicating with them and you will see how they are. This website should be Shut Down to save many innocent people from falling in the same hole.

Then suddenly all e-mails I sent them to ask to return the rest of my money were simply just returning back to me using this e-mail

I wish to make this complaint in order to save other people from falling into the same trap, especially from EEC and USA, hence the fake website is made for such clients from above countries.
