Helen Hayes Theater - Rock of Ages

My wife and I live in NYC and usually attend Broadway musicals. We have not suffered any problem about the shows until now. Today we attended the Rock of Ages musical at Helen Hayes Theater. At the very beginning of the show, my wife and I had to immediately leave the place because of the extraordinary high volume in the theater. Although our seats were at "rear mezzanine," the noisy was unendurable for both of us. Especially, my wife is pregnant so we did not want to expose our 18-week baby to this thread. The theater provides no warning whatsoever concerning the extremely high volume of the show---it is not a "concert" but a "musical."

We just got back home (the show is performing right now, 9pm) and wanted to find some sort of communication with the theater. Amazingly, there is NO way online or by telephone to contact formally this type of show for a purpose other than buying tickets!

We do not know whether we are entitled to some sort of recovery, but we would like to explore a form of report to the competent agency in charge of preventing this type of dangerous activity.

We would like to receive any advice in order to achieve this goal.
