I tried to wire $100 from my bank to Payza. I initiated it first in Payza so that I could receive the instructions to give to my bank for the wire. My bank charged me $25 to send the wire, so that's $125 out of my pocket. I initiated this transfer on July 5, 2012, and it is now August 9, 2012. The transfer still shows as Pending in Payza, but it was my understanding that it would only take 3 to 5 business days (7 to 10 at the most), but this has just gotten extremely ridiculous. I have sent a support ticket 2 weeks ago (still not answered), and every time I try to call them, I'm told they can't take calls right now. I'm a patient person, but this has gone entirely too far. If a Payza employee sees this, my ticket ID is MNU-626-87659, and I'd REALLY appreciate it if you would PLEASE do something. Get me my money or at LEAST reply to the ticket. Thank you.

Update: 08/12/2012

Resolved! Took 5 weeks, a support ticket, and an official complaint, but it's FINALLY over!

  • OK, so today I received this email from Payza Support:

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Payza.

We sincerely apologize for the delayed response. Your bank wire has been located and credited to your Payza account. The delay was caused by the exclusion of the reference number. For future bank wire deposits please ensure your bank enters the Payza transaction reference number, it may be entered in the details/additional information section of your wire.

To be fair, yes they told me that excluding the reference number would delay the deposit, but (1) there was no place for me to put the reference number in my wire request when I initiated the transfer on my bank's website (Higher One), and (2) If I had any idea it would have delayed to 5 weeks, I wouldn't have done it in the first place. That was quite ridiculous.

But thanks Payza for finally getting it to me.
