I have 3 dishonored checks from 2009 that ROBERT WILLETT wrote against a closed account. Case made it to the NYS court of appeal. No. 2011–458 S C.. If you work or worked for this company you may be aware of the payroll optional policy: but did you know that you could be held responsable for the companies bills. I was counter sued for a company phone bill under mr willetts name that did not work.
