Travel Agent Jennifer Hardy did not disclose Terms & Condition on loss of deposit for any cancellation after booking when she booked us on the phone Sept 2, 2011. The scam is they push you to buy Travel Insurance not only for the commission they receive, but to use it if you need to cancel. All Aboard Travel does not refund any deposits from their office where you gave the deposit & It becomes a item of travel Insurance co covered problem and filing a claim report. Be ware of them and never book over the phone without their flyer with terms & Condition on back of it. They will claim you had a flyer @ time when you booked. so it your problem and not theirs.Its going to be interesting on how many deposits they have stolen this way? & for how long?
