My supposted to be friend and I rented his guest house at 3252 Dos Palos Drive, Los Angeles Ca 90068. I myself deposited 1 year rent cash of 16,050.00 cash into Michael and Esther Kim's band account in which I have the receipt for. I allowed my friend Mina to put the lease in his name. I never thought in a million years that Mina when I went home to Philadelphia on July 6,2012 would go back to Michae and Esther Kim and collect the rest of the years rent back. Michael was well aware of the fact that I paid the 16,050.00 cash into his and his wifes account. When I was leaving Michaels father had give me a 300 cash advance on the money they were going to return to me. I also have receipts for brand new furniture as well as a 42" Flast screen tv I brand new office chair a computer desk and some kitchen appliances as well as a brand new vacium that I left. Michael had promised me being I left all of those there he would be fair in reimbursing me. He and I had communicated and I have a text message saved to my phone of him telling me he would be fair in reimbursing me. He then gave Mina back 7,300.00 and since then never answered my calls. Mina allowed him to keep all of my brand new furniture if Michael would just give him a cash payout of 7,300.00 dollars.
