I had a contract with T-mobile since 5 February 2008. My understanding is that after 2 years I could cancel my account and not be penalized for early termination. Now T-mobile is telling me that I owe them money because they consider that I have a new contract after my 2 first years. I never canceled my account, I never did a new contract with them, I hand uninterrupted conract with T-Mobile since 5 Feb 2008 until 7 August 2012. T-Mobile wants to charge me for the month of August and for early termination of contract. I believe this is against the law. What can I do?
