On august 7 2012 I was checking my bank account for missing funds and found that my cash guardian.com removed funds from my account without authorization I never heard of the company. I would like to get a return of my funds in to my bank account.

  • I filled out some online information about a payday loan 3days ago. My inbox has since been flooded with companies offering me money between $200 -$1500. I decided not to go forward with any of the loans and to tough it out. Upon checking my bank account today, I find a charge from mycashguardian.com. I called the bank who gave me the number for the company so I called. The customer service agent I spoke with says they charge the fee to help you obtain a loan. She told me I should have gotten an email that describes how to decline the service. I asked her why would I have to read an email for a payday loan I did not complete - to decline a service I did not ask for? She gave me a case ID number (270371) and told me I should see a refund in 7 business days, no mention of the NSF fee.
