I bought two ice-cream makers from Outlet on 5 June 2012 but have yet to receive. I emailed them and was informed by the staff that the items were delayed due to shipment issues and the revised redemption date for the items would be on 17 August 2012. Unfortunately, I read the news and realised that the company has closed down.
