I made a reservation in March for a handicap room for Friday 08/03/2012 & Saturday 08/04/2012, however when I arrived I was told the room was given away. I asked for a handicap room due to my physical limitations, I have a fused right leg and I am unable to get in and out of a tub with out a lot of difficulty. They then gave me a smoking room, which I had trouble breathing. It seems they had not cleaned the room of the smell for a long time. I don't feel that the hotel had the right to give my room away. I feel they at least owe me the money I paid to stay there in a room that I did not reserve.
